Summary: As a serial killer stalks the city murdering young women, an actress who just moved to Bucharest with her boyfriend notices a mysterious stranger constantly watching her from across the street. In a foreign country where she does not speak the language and under the scrutiny of this stalker, her life quickly becomes tense and insufferable, but she finds no one to believe her
